Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) has reviewed and found the <br />above referenced report to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). The Second Quarter Discharge <br />Monitoring Reports were received by the Division on 28 July 2008. The reports cover the time period <br />from 01 April 2008 through 30 June 2008. <br />Two NPDES outfalls at the Deserado Mine discharged during the Second Quarter of 2008. Sediment <br />Pond DP-1 (001A) and the raw water lagoon (045A) discharged routinely throughout the quarter.
