Outfalls 003A and 005A/005X/MON005 flowed each week of June. Outfall 008A flowed the last
week in June. No permit exceedances were noted. . Please note that even though most sites did not
discharge in June, several of these sites do require quarterly reporting for a couple of parameters (e.g.
conductivity & TDS). Thus, the enclosed reports contain this quarterly information, while the monthly
reporting parameters have been left blank.
A Quarterly Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) tests was collected for analysis for Outfalls 005X and 007X during the period. The
test indicated that the effluent were not acutely toxic to Daphnia magna survival (see attached laboratory report).
In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will be substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover
the outfalls, which did not discharge in June 2008. This includes Outfalls 004A (Pond C), and MON 7 ( Pond F).
CERTIFICATION
I certify under penalty of law that'/ have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; and
based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, I believe the submitted information is
true, accurate, and complete. /am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information, including the
possibility of fine and imprisonment.
