Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Twentymile Coal Company (TCC) submitted NPDES Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR), for March <br />2008 and First Quarter 2008, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment CDPS permit no. <br />CO-0027154 on May 02, 2008. Only Outfall 005A/0055X/MOM005 (Pond D) discharged during the time <br />period. No parameter exceedances were measured. WET tests were conducted, and no acute toxicity to <br />Daphnia magna were measured. <br />The report is in compliance with Rule 4.15.13(2)(iii).
