Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Twentymile Coal Company (TCC) submitted First Quarter 2008, Pond Inspection Reports on April 25, <br />2008. The ponds were inspected March 13, 21, and 24, 2008. Most of the ponds were still snow covered <br />or partially snow covered at the time of the inspection. Only Pond D and the wastewater treatment ponds <br />were discharging at the time of inspection. Maintenance items could not be confirmed under snow cover <br />and notes on the reports indicated that maintenance items would be checked in the spring once the snow <br />had melted. <br />The reports are in compliance with Rule 4.05.6(13).
