<br />has filed an application for a Con-
<br />struction Materials Regular (112)
<br />Reclamation Permit with the Colo-
<br />rado Mined Land Reclamation
<br />Board under provisions with the
<br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation
<br />Act for extraction of Construction
<br />Materials. The proposed mine is
<br />known as the Moser Pit, and is
<br />located at or near the SE% of Sec.
<br />9, T-1-S, R-48-W, 6th P.M., Yuma
<br />County, Colorado.
<br />The proposed date of com-
<br />mencement is July -2008 and the
<br />proposed date of completion Is
<br />2023. The proposed future use of
<br />the land is rangeland.
