HGTI submitted the 2007 Annual Reclamation Report on March 31, 2008. <br />No new disturbance were created or reported for 2007. <br />HGTI is permitted to disturb 105.5 acres within the permit area. HGTI reports that through 12/31/2007, a <br />total of 97.1 acres have been disturbed. Of the disturbed acreage, 1.4 acres were previously backfilled, <br />topsoiled and seeded. HGTI believes that these 1.4 acres were seeded with the permanent seedmix. An <br />additional 69.4 acres were previously seeded with temporary stabilization seedmix. The 69.4 acres <br />include areas that may be redisturbed during final reclamation activites, so are not counted in the <br />cumulative reclamation acreage values. <br />In 2007, HGTI treated areas within the permit for weed control. HGTI provided a map of the areas <br />treated, the chemicals used and a description of the noxious species managed. Locations are shown on the <br />2007 Annual Reclamation Report Map. <br />Two alluvial wells, HGDALI and HGDAL2 were sealed in September 2007 in accordance with Rule <br />4.07.3, and abaondoment reports were submitted to the Division. Abondoned Well 22772-F was located <br />and marked and the abandoned status documented in the PAP. ' <br />Three minor typographical errors were noted in the HG Loadout 2007 Annual Reclamation Report; <br />1. On page 2, Section 2.1(d), please correct the reference to "2006" to 2007 for this report. <br />2. On page 2, Section 2.1(e), please correct the reference to 112006" to 2007 for this report. <br />3. On page 3, Section 2.2, Paragraph 2, "HGTI and CDRMS representatives conducted a <br />ground reconnaissance at the loadout on September 19, 2008 in an effort to locate signs of <br />Well 22772-F." Please correct the inspection date to September 19, 2007. <br />The HGLO 2007 Annual Reclamation Report was thorough, and provided the information rquired by Rule <br />2.04.13.
