As indicated in the report
there were 1.3 acres disturbed, 14.0 acres backfilled and graded, and 12.7 acres topsoiled and
seeded during the calendar year.
The Annual Reclamation Report was submitted in a timely manner and included the required
standardized reporting form, narrative, a detailed reclamation map, and seed tag documentation.
The report was well organized and the documentation presented in the report is adequate to meet
the requirements of 2.04.13.
Please call if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
/'1f, 4j? 12,
Michael P.
