No.: None (Plant Overflow - Pond 6) <br />Inspection Period: Second Quarter 2008 <br />Inspection Date: 06/30/08 <br />General Description or Reference to Site Plan: <br />This pond receives overflow from the Preparation Plant and is a polishing pond for the sewage <br />treatment plant. This facilities are currently out of service. Pond 6 is occasionally used to dewater <br />other ponds for tp facilitate cleanout <br />EMBANKMENT <br />1). Adequacy of the vegetative cover. <br />2). Erosion forming Gullies: <br />3).
