On July 21, 2008 the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety accepted Nuvemco's
110d application for the October Ore Pile Reclamation Project. Due to the fact that this
application is a Designated Mining Operation (DMO), the Division is classifying the
application as complex. Therefore the 30 day decision date under Rule 1.4.6 of thirty
(30) days is extended under Rule 1.4.1 (7) to ninety (90) days which is October 20, 2008.
Please note that if all issues are addressed a decision will be forthcoming at that time.
Nuvemco may begin the Public Notice Publication required under Rule 1.6.2(1) (d) and
(e) upon receipt of this correspondence.
Staff will be setting up a pre-operational inspection as soon as possible.
