Notice of Reschedule of Pre-Hearing Conference to PaSWes concerning 4B Land and Livestock;
Application for Elie Breeze Basin Sand and Gravel Pit, 112 Construction Materials Application,
M-2008-022.
Dear Party and/or Interested Person:
The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) received a formal objection to the above
referenced I I2c application. Per Rule 2.7.1(5) a Pre- Hearing Conference (PHC) was scheduled to occur
on the 22nd of July, 2008. That PHC has been rescheduled for July 29, 2008 in hopes that the parties
may fulfill their agreements to resolve the noted issues of the objection without a formal public hearing.

A Pre-hearing Conference has been rescheduled to occur on Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at 10.00 am in
a meeting room at the Holiday Inn, 300 S. Colorado Highway 13, in Craig, Colorado Mr. Dank
Hernandez will preside as Pre-hearing Conference Officer. The purpose of the Pre-hearing Conference
is to explain the rights and responsibilities of parties, to discuss and resolve issues to the extent possible,
to describe the Board Hearing processes, to determine the list of issues under the Board's jurisdiction, to
simplify the list and identify those parties who have demonstrated standing at the Formal Board Heanng.
