There are also two copies of the CD's containing <br />photographs. A PDF version of the complete report is also available upon request. <br />This report covers the period from July 15, 2007 to July 15, 2008. The report was drafted to comply with the <br />requirements of the lease and the operation plan. Some of the items addressed in the report, such as the approval of <br />' the amendment to the Reclamation Permit and the new fencing plan as part of the 404 permit, have previously been <br />provided. An unbound copy of this status report has been provided to the Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br />Safety, less the CD. The Corps of Engineers does not want any copies of these reports.
