Today you <br /> expressed significant concerns regarding the pending GEC reclamation project. Based <br /> upon those concerns,you directed me to rescind the project. We will comply with your <br /> direction. The contractor will be notified immediately that the recently bid GEC <br /> reclamation work has been cancelled.
