OBSERVATIONS
An aerial inspection of the SerFer Pit was conducted on July 10, 2008. Photographs of the site
were taken with a digital camera and-will be used by the Division staff during future
permitting and/or ground inspections to determine compliance with the mine and reclamation
plans. The photographs are attached.
