Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On March 20, 2008, the Division received a map of the Ruby Trust Mine, prepared and certified <br />by Stephen C. Fearn, P. E. Colorado 11244 and dated March 8, 2008. The map certifies that the <br />patented portion of the Ruby Trust No. 2, US survey 2496, is outside of the permit boundary. <br />The Durango Office does not have the capability to reproduce oversized maps.
