Re: Trinidad Basin Mine Reseeding Project C81048
Dear Mr. Kessler:
This is in reference to our telephone conversation last Thursday regarding the reseeding
project at the Trinidad Basin Mine. The project work is described as follows:
The project will consist of reseeding a regraded pond site of approximately 2 acres. The
re-graded area is mostly flat with some slopes no steeper than 3:1 and is covered with
thick, loamy soil. The work sequence will be as follows:
1- Seedbed preparation - disc the seedbed four to six inches (4"-6");
2- Harrow the seedbed smooth.
3- Seed the site using a range drill. Seed will be provided by the Owner. The seed
mixture shall be uniformly drill seeded pursuant to the General Bid Specifications.
No fertilizer or mulch will be required.
The bid price we agreed on for this project is $2,500.00.
