Which sum it is specifically <br /> agreed is to be forfeited as Liquidated Damages in the event that the Principal defaults in his obligations as hereinafter specified, <br /> and, in pursuance of which Requirement, this Bid Bond is made, executed and delivered. <br /> NOW.
