SPILL REPORTING <br />This spill reporting procedure will become effective immediately upon the observance of <br />a spill from a company installation that is 25 gallons or greater or could possibly pollute a <br />surface water or drainage or which could damage, foul, or endanger any property or <br />wildlife. In the case of this facility, impacts to Lumsden Creek are considered as potential <br />impacts to surface water and must be reported. To provide the necessary information, the <br />Spill Report Form provided in Appendix B should be filled out prior to making any calls <br />to government agencies. <br />MANDATORY NOTIFICATION NUMBERS: <br />(1) NATIONAL RESPONSE CENTER <br />In the event of a spill that impacts Lumsden Creek, the on-scene coordinator in <br />charge of all spills at the facility, after taking steps to stop the source of the spill, <br />must call or delegate someone to immediately call the National Response Center. <br />A written follow-up report to the EPA Regional Office may also be required in <br />some cases. <br />National Response Center (800) 424-8802 <br />(2) ENVIRONMENTAL AND PUBLIC AGENCIES: <br />In the event of a spill that is 25 gallons or greater in volume and/or impacts <br />Lumsden Creek, the agencies listed below should be notified by telephone.
