EXAMINATION OF DOCUMENTS AND SITE: The bidder has carefully examined the Bidding Documents, including the Drawings and Specifications, and has examined the site of the work, so as to make certain of tie conditions at the site and to gain a clear understanding of the work to be done. 3.
