Broken Arrow Investments, LLC would like to request an extension to the current July 14, 2008
decision date for this amendment application to September 3, 2008. This extension is required
for Broken Arrow Investments, LLC to have additional time to develop their response to the
Division's Adequacy Review comments we spoke about over the phone today, and for the
Division to review Broken Arrow Investments, LLC's response, taking into consideration the
holiday on Labor Day.
