Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Per you letter of June 27, 2008 inquiring as to whether or not Hard Rock Paving and <br />Redi-Mix, Inc. has ever been issued a "Cease and Desist" for any of your locations that <br />are permitted through our office, we present the following information. Our data base <br />indicates that you have eight permits on file with our office. Of those eight there was one <br />cease and desist order issued for file M-1977-197 on March 30, 1999, for mining outside <br />the permit boundary. The violation was abated and the cease and desist order was lifted <br />on October 27, 1999.
