Peel, PG
Date: March 15, 2001
Re: Hydrologic relationship between the Pack Rat/Hubbard Mine
and the Pack Rat Spring, Mesa County, Colorado.
Purpose
In a letter Umetco received from the Colorado Department of Health and Environment
(Laboratory and Radiation Division), dated August 23, 2000, the Division states "Thus,
the Division has made a preliminary determination that no permit would be required
for the Pack Rat Spring.
