• PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES EXHIBIT S <br />The following is an inventory of man-made structures within 200 feet of the mine affected area, which <br />is the mine surface disturbed area. All of these structures are shown on Maps C-lA, C-2, and F for the <br />Whirlwind/Packrat portal areas. Map C-1B shows the area around each of the ventilation shafts and <br />power drops. The landowner boundaries are shown on Map C-lA. <br />1) County Road 5/10 owned by Mesa County. <br />3) 2 culverts on County Road 5/10, owned by Mesa County. <br />4) Existing dirt access roads on lands administered by the BLM. <br />5) Solar powered phone pole owned by Energy Fuels in the Whirlwind waste embankment area. This <br />pole will be moved by Energy Fuels. <br />6) Two abandoned power poles at the Packrat power drop area owned by San Miguel Power.
