A summary of the areas disturbed and reclaimed and any other important items <br />regarding site monitoring and reclamation will be submitted to the Division and BLM in annual <br />reports. <br />24. Reclamation Cost Estimate <br />The reclamation scenario resulting in the highest cost occurs at the conclusion of mining, since most of <br />the Whirlwind bench, the mine structures, vent shafts, and a portion of the waste embankment will <br />need to be reclaimed. The entire Packrat portal, road, and power drop area will need to be reclaimed. <br />The DRMS calculated a bond necessary to cover the reclamation items outlined in this Exhibit, and a <br />copy of this bond calculation is included in Exhibit L. <br />• <br />• <br />Whirlwind Mine 07 (rev.
