• <br />• <br />• <br />Up to six additional shafts will be placed in workings of the mine in Utah. These sites will be permitted <br />with the Utah Division of Oil, Gas and Mining. <br />The entire surface area to be impacted is on public lands managed by the BLM. Mineral rights are <br />controlled through unpatented mining claims. The unpatented mining claims and their owners are <br />listed in Exhibit N. <br />The two shaft parcels and the Whirlwind power drop are expected to have a disturbed area of 100 feet <br />x 100 feet or less. Packrat power drop has a disturbed area of 0.41 acres. Existing roads abut all parcel <br />areas.
