Fuel will be delivered to the site via truck, as needed <br />(Exhibit E). <br />(N) Rule: identify the primary and secondary commodities to be mined/extracted and <br />describe the intended use. <br />Response: The primary commodity to be mined is siltstone, shale, and sandstone <br />bedrock of the Green River Formation for use as road base on oil and gas drill pad <br />access roads and for the surfacing of oil and gas drill pads. No secondary commodities <br />have been identified. <br />(O) Rule: name and describe the intended use of all expected incidental products to be <br />mined/extracted by the proposed operation. <br />Response: No incidental products are expected to be mined by the proposed operation. <br />(P) Rule: Specify if explosives will be used in conjunction with the mining or reclamation.
