BDM appreciates input the Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety (DBMS) has on the adequacy of information contained in the attached permit <br />application amendment. The amendment modifies Exhibits A, C, D, E and F, and the first page of the <br />application form. The amendment was made in an effort to lower the final reclaimed slopes resulting in a <br />safety factor of 1.5. <br />Please feel free to call Mr. Scott Hall (BDM Chief Executive Officer) at 303.973.3228 with any questions <br />you may have regarding the permit.
