The Division agreed that, to the extent known, said Board Order should include the dates for the accomplishment of certain significant reclamation activities . BOARD ORDER Based on the foregoing Findings of Fact, and pursuant to C.R.S. 34-33-101 et seq. , the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board hereby orders the following: 1 . Coal processing waste from active coal mining operations must be disposed of in accordance with the Board' s Rules and Regulations for Coal Mining. As such, the Board cannot allow coal processing waste from the Energy Fuels Southfield Mine to be disposed of into the revoked East Pit of the GEC Minerals, Inc. Strip Mine without the East Pit being permitted and bonded in compliance with the Board' s Rules and Regulations for Coal Mining. 2 . By October 29 , 1993 , staff from the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology Coal Program and Inactive Mine Program will develop a draft reclamation plan for the East Pit portion of the revoked GEC Minerals, Inc. GEC Strip Mine. 3 . By November 3 , 1993 , the Division of Minerals and Geology ( "the Division") will submit this draft plan to The Corley Company for review. 4 . By November 12, 1993 , the Corley Company will return the draft plan with comments to the- Division.--- _- - .5 . By December 30, 1993, the Inactive Mines Program of the Division will develop a Bid Document for the East Pit Project, and submit this Bid Document to the Colorado Division of Purchasing. 6 . By January 31, 1994, the Inactive Mines Program will conduct the pre-bid meeting for the East Pit project, make any necessary Amendments to the East Pit project Bid Document, conduct the Bid' Opening, and award the Bid. 7 . By February 28, 1994, the Inactive Mines Program will hold any necessary pre-construction meetings, make any necessary Bid Document Change Orders, and initiate the East Pit project . 8 . By May 31, 1994, the East Pit Project will be completed.
