The pre-bid
meeting for the GEC road project will occur on April 4, 2000, and we anticipate that the work will
begin sometime between mid-May and mid-June.
My call to you yesterday was made to arrange for DMG and contractor access through the locked
gate located at the GEC entrance. As discussed, we will gain initial access with the assistance of
Energy Fuels Coal, Inc. (EFCI) staff, and then we intend to add a lock to the chain at the location of
the EFCI lock. Thank you for discussing this with me, and for your agreement with this proposal.
Please feel free to call me with any questions or concerns. Your assistance is very much
appreciated.
Sinceyerry
/!o
rf r
L
r
David
'Coal Program Supervisor
Cc: Al Weaver, EFCI
George Patterson, EFCI
Oss\jrc\Corley_GEC Itr.doc
