Flow Measuring Device ; . <br />If not already a part of the permitted facility, within ninety (90) days after the effective date of the permit, a flow measuring <br />device shall be installed to give representative values of effluent quantities at the respectidischarge at ll designate <br />d discharge <br />specifically exempted or modified by the Division, a flow-measuring device will be applicable <br />points. used <br />iii At the request of the Division, the permittee shall show proof of the accuracy of any ?
