Cicia <br /> 611 South Pennsylvania <br /> Denver, CO 80209 <br /> Re: Reclamation of the Trinidad Basin Mine <br /> Las Animas County, Colorado, Revoked Permit No. C-81-048 <br /> Dear Mr. Cicia: <br /> On April 22, 1993, the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board voted to revoke the mining <br /> permit and forfeit the reclamation bond associated with the Trinidad Basin Mine in Las Animas <br /> County, Colorado. Reclamation of the remaining unreclaimed mining-related disturbances will <br /> be conducted by the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology. <br /> The Division is contacting all surface owners who currently own land within the revoked permit <br /> boundary who may desire to comment on the reclamation project. As part of our efforts to <br /> contact all appropriate landowners, the Division would appreciate your verification of the <br /> boundaries of your property. Records from the Las Animas County Assessor's Office indicate <br /> that you own portions of the SE%4 of the NE%a of Section 15, T.31 S., R.65 W.; and portions <br /> of the E% of the SE%a of Section, 15, T.31 S., R.65 W. Please verify these records and <br /> describe in greater detail which portions of these lands are owned by you. <br /> Thank you for your cooperation.
