To comply with completeness <br />requirements of the application process, you need to address Exhibit L by providing some evidence <br />or demonstration that the stability of the road will not be adversely affected by the mining <br />operation. We will address the adequacy of that evidence or demonstration in the next step of the <br />application process, which is the adequacy review. <br />Once the Division has received this information, we can designate the application as complete and <br />filed. Per Rule 1.4.1(8), you have 60 days to provide the information. We have applied for a Limited <br />Impact Mining Permit with the Colorado Div. of Reclamation, Mining @ Safety. As part of this <br />process, we are to notify the governing Soil Conservation District in which this activity will be occuring. <br />7/7/2008
