These requests include: an engineering <br />stability analyses for the proposed final reclaimed slopes of 1.21-1:1 V, per rule 6.5(2); a revision to <br />reclamation plan regarding a change in bench width; and a description of the methods and specifications <br />that will be used to reclaim/construct the bench proposed for the reclaimed slopes. <br />We would like to request a two week extension of the decision date to July 11, 2008 in order to prepare <br />the above mentioned documentation and allow time for your review. <br />Please feel free to call me with any questions you may have.
