Outfall 002A
flowed during the second week of the period, Outfalls 003A and 005A/MON 5/005YX discharged each week of the period.
Outfall 008A flowed the second, week of the period.
One exceedance was noted at outfall 003A (TSS daily max @ 98 mg/I as opposed to permit limit of 70 mg/1). The elevated
number may be related to flushing from snow melt. Note that subsequent weekly measurements of TSS dropped dramatically
at: 9, 14, 6, and 15 mg/I. Further note that discharge from Outfall 300A runs through a vegetative filter before entering Foidel
Creek. No other exceedances were noted during the period.
In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will be substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover
the outfalls, which did not discharge during the period. These outfalls include ponds C (Outfall 004A), E (Outfall 006A) and F
(Outfalls 007A/MON 7/007XY - all same site).
CERTIFICATION
/ certify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; and
based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, 1 believe the submitted information is
true, accurate, and complete. /am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information, including the
possibility of fine and imprisonment.
