Under Part II Section A.7 "Prior To Commencing Injection" paragraph of the UIC Area <br />Permit No. C030358-00000. (the Permit), injection operations may not commence into any newly <br />drilled or converted well(s) until the Permittee has received written authorization from the EPA. <br />The "Prior To Commencing Injection" requirements. for the 7H-2I injection well required well <br />owner and operator Natural Soda, Inc. to submit the following information to the Director: <br />I. EPA Form 7520-9 WELL. COMPLETION RECORD, once the well is drilled and <br />completed; <br />II. All logs run on the well and daily drilling records; <br />III. A descriptive schematic diagram of the injection well with extension of the well <br />bore into the Boies Bed and the size and placement of the casing liner; <br />IV. Cement Bond Log and Pressure Test Data <br />• A Cement Bond Log run to 2250 ft <br />• A pressure test for the casing of the 7H-1R recovery and 7H-2I injection well after <br />construction and cementing; and <br />
