<br />15) NOTICE: No fencing outside building envelopes shall be permitted except as according to
<br />the terms and conditions of the CC &R's mentioned in NOTICE 13 above. Said fencing shall be
<br />no higher than 42 inches with the bottom rail no lower than 18 inches.
<br />16) NOTICE: Pets must not be allowed to harass wildlife at any time. Mountain lions and
<br />black bears inhabit this area and, if preventative measures are not taken by residents, will
<br />cause conflicts with them. Trash containers shall be bear proof.

<br />20) NOTICE: Lot owners in this subdivision shall be subject to the terms and conditions of
<br />Shared Road Agreement recorded under Reception No.
<br />21) NOTICE: Owners of structures and residences to be constructed within 400' of an
<br />existing well head must sign an Acknowledgment of County and State Requirements and
<br />Waiver of Rights. No structures are allowed within 150' of an existing wellhead.
<br />22) NOTICE: Design, placement and construction details of all structures within this
<br />subdivision must be approved in advance by Fork Horn Mesa Architectural Control Committee
<br />and shall comply with the rules of that committee.
<br />23) NOTICE: Wetlands may exist within this subdivision. Lot owners should refer to covenants
