III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE
Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made
during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection

Road 1 A are variable at present, with the best initial establishment toward the north portion of the road
slopes; patchier establishment in other areas. Small patches of whitetop weed (a noxious perennial
species) were noted in a few locations, and should be sprayed as soon as possible. The small patches
were noted along the lower end of the recently riprapped channel near the old concrete bunker near the
North Portal area, along the outside berm associated with the RSRDA south perimeter ditch (vicinity of the
lower end of the shotcrete ditch lining); and at the south end of the recently seeded fill slope of Access
Road 1 (south of the French Drain cmp outlet).
