PR-12 Exhibit 71 6 <br />indicating that they originate from shallow and localized water-bearing zones such as landslide deposits, <br />colluvium, or lenticular strata. <br />Baseline water quality data are available for 12 springs in the SOD and PR-12 areas including Springs J- <br />1, J-2, J-4, J-5, J-7, WCC-5, WCC-24 Deer Creek Spring, 35-3, 96-2-2 Spring, Deep Creek Spring 42 <br />(a.k.a. 2-4), and Deep Creek Trail Spring (a.k.a. 35-4) (Map 1) and an abbreviated summary of the spring <br />water quality data is presented in Table 2 and the complete water quality and flow data are presented in <br />Appendix B. Monitoring data indicate that there have been no mining related impacts to any of these <br />springs. <br />There is only one decreed spring in the SOD and PR-12 areas, Deer Creek Domestic Spring (Map 1), <br />which is located in Deer Creek (tributary to Dry Fork).
