<br />13. Surface Lease dated September 2, 1980 between United States Steel Corporation, as lessor, and Atlantic Richfield
<br />Company, as lessee, embracing the following lands as described in Gunnison County, Colorado:
<br />Parcel #1: Township 13 South, Range 90 West, 6a' P.M.
<br />Section 9: That portion of the SE 1/4 lying immediately South of the South right-of-way boundary of
<br />The Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad, and lying immediately North of the
<br />centerline of the North Fork of the Gunnison River, extending from the East section line
<br />of said Section 9 to a line 1650' West of and parallel to said East line of said Section 9.
<br />Containing 5.2 acres, more or less, Gunnison County, Colorado
<br />Parcel #2: Township 13 South, Ranee 90 West, 6a' P.M.
<br />Section 9: That portion of the SE 1/4 lying immediately South of the existing South boundary of the
<br />right-of-way of Colorado Highway 133 as same is located as of the date of this Lease,
<br />and lying immediately North of the North boundary of the Denver and Rio Grande
<br />Western Railroad right-of-way and extending from a point where the said South
<br />boundary of Colroado Highway 133 right-of-way converges with the North boundary of
<br />the present stockyard site of the Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad on the West to
<br />a point where said South boundary of said right-of-way of Colorado Highway 133
<br />converges with the North boundary of the right-of-way of the Denver and Rio Grande
<br />Western Railroad on the East.

<br />14. Special Warranty Deed, dated March 11, 1983, between International Minerals & Chemical Corporation, successor to
<br />United States Steel Corporation, as grantor, and Atlantic Richfield Company, as grantee, embracing the following
<br />described lands in Gunnison County, Colorado:
<br />A tract of land within the SE '/4 of the SW 1/4, the S '/2 of the SE '/4, and the NE '/4 of the SE '/4 of section 10, Township 13
<br />South, Range 90 West of the 6t' P.M. more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the corner #1 on the northerly R/W of Colorado Highway Dept. Project # RS 0133(8) section 1, whence the
<br />South'/4 comer of said Section 10 bears S 55° 00' 57" E 1034.50 feet and the S.W. corner of said Section 10 bears S 73°
<br />24' 40" W 1895.82 feet, and centerline station 98+54.79 bears N 67° 07' 25" W 40.68 feet and S 28° 43' 30" W 80.00
