<br />lessor, to Tony Bear as original lessee, assigned to Atlantic Richfield Company by Assignment to Coal Lease dated July
<br />20, 1970, effective April 1, 1971, and assigned to West Elk Coal Company by Assignment of Lease dated June 5, 1984,
<br />embracing the following described lands in Gunnison County, Colorado:
<br />Township 13 South, Range 90 West, 6t' P.M.
<br />Section 9: Lots 1, 2, and 3, and the S1/2 SW1/4SW1/4 or that part of the SW1/4SW '/4 south of the North Fork of the
