It would appear that there are several Permanent Man-Made structures within 200 <br />feet of the permit boundary, the Double-Wide Home owned by Lonnie Pribble, and the <br />a e -Hay Barn owned by Bob Baird. Please provide a notarized agreement between you the <br />Applicant and the Person(s) having an interest in the structure, that the Applicant will <br />provide compensation for any damage to the structure; or where such an agreement <br />cannot be reached, please provide an appropriate engineering evaluation that <br />demonstrates that the structures shall not be damaged by activities occurring at the <br />e.a mining operation. <br />\J'?, cccltee; e^ . <br />ti ? y?p;f <br />
