Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Notice of Pre-Hearing Conference to Parties concerning Lyster Oil Company's Application for the ? <br />Lyster Pit, 112 Construction Materials Application, M-2008-009. <br />Dear Party and/or Interested Person: V"-? <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) has received a formal objection to the above <br />referenced 112c application. Per Rule 2.7.1(5) a Pre- Hearing Conference (PHC) shall be held after the <br />Office has issued its written recommendation and at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the Formal <br />Public Hearing. As of this date, the decision date is July 1, 2008 and the Board Hearing will be August <br />1314, 2008. Therefore, a Pre-Hearing Conference has been scheduled accordingly. <br />A Pre-hearing Conference has been scheduled to occur on Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at 10:00 AM in <br />a meeting room at the Holiday Inn located in Craig, Colorado. Mr. -Dan Hernandez will preside as <br />Pre-hearing Conference Officer.
