The Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety has received has received Nuvemco's request to extend the
decision date from June 16, 2008 to December 15, 2008. The reason for the request is to allow Nuvemco
additional time to gather required information and evaluate the changes to the application required by changes
in the law. The extension request is noted and accepted.
Per our telephone conversation please find enclosed the additional fee that is required with the amendment to
the application. Nuvemco will need to submit the additional fee when or if the amendment is submitted.
