Sherman <br />The DRMS document images can be copied to either a CD or a DVD. Please check one below and return this Executive Director <br />form th your payment to DRMS. Cattany <br />Division Director <br />CD ® $3.00 per disk DVD ® $20.00 per disk Natural Resource Trustee <br />Please check if you want a copy of the QuickView installation iuatrucdons. <br />Computer requirements to use the DBMS document Imaging CD (or DVD): <br />1. A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DRMS imaging CD <br />the first time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. <br />2. The CD or DVD that you purchase Ig be in the , A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. <br />3. The CD will contain files with die.tif extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for.tif files on your computer that <br />will handle aingle and multi-page documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picture <br />and Fax Viewer" or "Paint" and they do not with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers <br />does work. DRMS has determined that a program called "IrfinView", which can be downloaded from IrfuiView.com does work with <br />QuickView. After downloading -hfhnView", it needs to be cus$gured as your default.tif viewer. DBMS does not support or endorse <br />this software and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibility. There are many other programs that work as welt such as <br />"Imeft Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". <br />Instructions: <br />1. Insert the CD into your computer. NOTE: A program called QuickView Autonm, which runs the QuickView <br />2. Allow time for the CD to install. setup per+ogra n, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autorun program <br />3. Eject the CD from the computer. does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program. <br />4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. lnstructions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request <br />5. You are ready to view the Permit Files, with the CD or can be viewed at www.minine.strte.co.us. <br />The Permit File document images can be viewed in the reception area of the DBMS of&e or they can be purchased on a CD or DVD. <br />The CD/DVD purchase cost coven the time and labor of making the CD.
