In this memo, requests for documentation means letters of appointment, letters of resignation,
minutes of board meetings, contracts, sales agreements, etc.
A number of questions and requirements have been corrected with the information provided by
Landmark in their letter of August 10, 1999, but some questions remain and others have
developed. Enclosures to this memorandum are alpha and numeric. Numeric numbers are those
used in the Landmark letter of August 10, 1999.
With regard to Landmark: [Enclosure A is a current (25 August 1999) printout of the AVS
database.]
Item 1. In this AVS database, Richard L. Randall (Randall) is a Director, beginning 09/19/1992.
The submission (Enclosure 4)(submission) still carries the appointment as 1/11/95. The
information provided did not clarify this discrepancy. The date Randall was first appointed, with
uninterrupted service, as a Director is the date that should be used (i.e., 09/19/1992 on the revised
submission 2.03.4 8/9/99) if appropriate.
Item 2. In this AVS database, Randall is a Chairman of the Board. The submission does not
carry this listing. Please clarify and add Randall to the revised submission if appropriate.
Item 3. Jeffery Croll is listed as a Director in the revised submission. The AVS database does
not carry Croll as a Director. None of the documentation provided indicated this appointment.
This documentation is still required.
Item 4. In the revised submission, Todd Williams is appointed as Vice President as of 3/19/98.
This correction has been made to the AVS database. However, he is also listed as a Director on
