If they don't get this money they may have to file <br />a chapter 11 bankruptcy. <br />1) The bonding company appears to be behind us for now <br />2) If the claim today isn't favorable then we are calling in some high powered <br />consultants referred to us by Sarah Finn. Chances are we would win in the case <br />of a law-suit. <br />3) If Landmark files bankruptcy RBI may never see that million dollars and RBI <br />might lose its bonding capabilities. <br />4) If all of this comes out favorable then Landmark could go public any day. <br />VII) Meadowbrook: <br />A) Sales are going very well - basically a very good venture for RBI and our note receivable is <br />well secured. <br />IIX) Polo: C) Polo's/RBI's asbestos suit is still hanging out there - Jack Kaufman is basically playing hard <br />ball with them and it should get resolved favorably. <br />IX) Bonus Plan: <br />A) Todd Williams volunteered to come up with a new bonus plan and has been working on it. <br />This revived plan should partially be based on productivity, quality and safety while still <br />maintaining much of what we have today. Perhaps increase the 401K matching to 4% instead of <br />giving small bonuses to labor force. <br />B) Rick would like for their to be a committee to develop and decide upon a new bonus plan <br />which will be voted on at the next board meeting in November. <br />1) Randy Maher and Todd Williams decided to lead the committee and include an hourly <br />employee and supervisor. <br />2) The committee needs to be prepared to announce the new plan to the employees <br />before December 1. The next 401 K enrollment window. <br />X) Rents: <br />A) Current rents are as follows... <br />1) Texas: 1,493.00/month - Market would be about $4,000/month. (Partially employee <br />owned) <br />2) Draper: $1,400/month - the market value is about 50% more. Suggested rent would <br />be $2,500/month. (Rented from employee owners) <br />3) Nurseries house: $325./month Pamela Randall suggested raising the rent solely for <br />the development of a maintenance fund. <br />4) Nurseries farm: $1,000/month paid to Walraven Kettlehopper <br />5) Belleview: $5,000/month rent is paid to owner. <br />6) 4901 S.
