Windermere St., <br />Littleton, CO 80120. Jeffrey Croll will accept service of process as agent for the operator. Phone <br />(303) 795-5130. As operator, Landmark does not have the authority, directly or indirectly, to <br />determine the manner in which the relevant surface coal mining or reclamation operation is <br />conducted.
