The revision adds lands in <br />federal Coal lease COO-x7232 to the permit area, which are in their entirety, Natonal Forest <br />Sy:5tern lands- The G MUG, the BILM arild OSNI cooperatiuely prepared an environmental impact <br />statement (EIS) for the leasing action associated with these lands. tt is our understandiing that <br />OSM has copies of the Zt ar d related documents_ <br />The GIOUG advised the Colorado Division Reclamation Mining an-d Saf -ty ([: WAS) that the <br />initial permit boundary brought fcirrvard by the perrrtIt , in their appliGaAion included lards <br />autside the lease boundary that had rent been contemplated in the EIS, and therefore righ <br />entry for the lands outside Wye lease cannot be given..
