Box 670 <br />Hayden Colorado 81639 <br />The Notice or Order is modified as follows for good cause shown, <br />Effective June 2, 2008 <br />NOV CV-2008-001 is modified to revise Abatement Step 1 and 2 requirements and time frames, to specify <br />inclusion of proper measures to safely restore adequate sediment controls in the Pond 12 watershed, as a <br />component of the slide remediation plan technical revision required by Abatement Step 2. This change is in <br />recognition of the fact that Pond 12 sediment cleanout could potentially result in further slope instability, and <br />that drainage and sediment control in the Pond 12 watershed needs to be addressed within the over-all context of <br />slide remediation and long term site stability. Abatement Step 3 is being deleted.
