SCHMUESER I GORDON I MEYER <br />ENGINEERS & SURVEYORS <br />RECLAMATION ACCOMPLISHED TO DATE <br />As this pit was permitted recently, the reclamation accomplished to <br />date is mainly related to the implementation of the Stormwater <br />Management Plan (SWMP) for the project. Construction of diversion <br />ditches, sedimentation pond and silt fencing has been accomplished <br />as shown on Exhibit 1. Since the permit's authorization last year, the <br />City has submitted for and received the Stormwater Discharge <br />Permit. The City's permit number is COR34-1448 and is attached for <br />reference in Exhibit 2. Required site inspections as prepared by the <br />City's Public Works Department are provided in Exhibit 3. <br />ANTICIPATED NEW DISTURBANCES FOR 2008-2009 <br />The extraction of materials from the Material Resource Area are <br />expected to continue eastward on the north mining face and <br />northward on the east mining face. Estimated mining face <br />displacement is anticipated to be on the 5 to 10' range as identified in <br />Exhibit 1. <br />Fig. 6 - Looking East from entry at south extraction face.
