HIGHLIGHTS <br />SAND & GRAVEL (renewal) <br />STORMWATER GENERAL PERMIT <br />NEW PERMIT: <br />* This is a new permit, although it incorporates most provisions from Division's <br />existing Sand and Gravel General Permit. Only discharges of stormwater are <br />covered. You have been assigned anew certification number (COR-34****). <br />STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN (SWMP): <br />* SWMP requirements have changed slightly. You may need to amend your <br />SWMP - see the Rationale, page 2.
